To be able to use the satisfaction guarantee, you must meet the following requirements:
- You have used the product regularly and correctly for a period of at least 3 weeks.
- You have followed the instructions of the products and, if applicable, of our customer service.
- You have realistic expectations of the product, which have not been met.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel that our policies are being abused in this case.
